WE ARE LOOKING FOR A MEDICAL CSR
Primary task includes:
Monitoring and answering all incoming calls from patients for all inquiries and other related concerns
Coordinating with patients over the phone, managing appointments and lab order inquiries
Documenting all call information according to standard operating procedures as well as record retrieval
Analyzing issues and/or concerns raised by patients and recommending alternative solutions to ensure effective resolution.
Managing medical intake forms and other data entry works
Scheduling new or existing patients
Assessing urgency or arranging triage clinical calls to the appropriate person or taking a message
QUALIFICATIONS:
Preferably a nursing graduate
Has knowledge and familiarity with different medical terms
Has strong customer service background/ experience
Detail-oriented
Knows how to handle and manage phone calls
Knows how to access and navigate the EMR system
Able to work on deadlines and can efficiently follow SOP
Excellent communication and customer service skills
