Techinical Account Manager

We're a full service web design, development, and management company. We're looking for a Jr account manager to join our staff working 9AM-5PM Central Standard Time.

Your job mostly consist of:
1. Client messages you in Slack.
2. You respond to message.
3. You brief the correct teaUpgrade to see actual infombers.
4. You review the work once done to confirm it's 100% perfect. Rather that be design or development.
5. You inform the Upgrade to see actual info some cases give them a report on what happen and how you fixed it.

Knowledge of Wordpress
Knowledge of Zapier
Knowledge of Figma
Knowledge of Shopify
