WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
We are looking for a full-time (30-40 hours per week) Website Development Project Coordinator to assist with client onboarding, website project management team leading, and admin for customer support requests. We are looking for a confident team leader who is flexible, team-minded, and has stellar project management skills with excellent attention to detail and excellent English written and spoken skills. We have a very high demand for our services, steady work, and great office culture. (We currently have 11 US/International teaUpgrade to see actual infombers and are growing!!!)

MAIN WEB DEV RESPONSIBILITIES:
This role helps gather the necessary information required for other teaUpgrade to see actual infombers to deliver Website Development Upgrade to see actual info addition, they also log and organize information in our project management systems (Teamwork, Hubspot, Miro, and Google email/docs/spreadsheets) for easy access and reference and assist Account Managers with making sure website development build projects meet strict deadlines, teaUpgrade to see actual infombers are completing web dev tasks, and all phases of the website build process are moving forward. This role requires multi-tasking and problem-solving skills.

ADDITIONAL WEB DEV SUPPORT RESPOSIBILITIES:
This position will also support the communication and admin of incoming client WordPress support requests and will oversee our team to fulfill/complete those tasks. Having a general knowledge of or background in WordPress and website editing is a major plus here, but it is not Upgrade to see actual infoSIRED WORK EXPERIENCE:
The person that will fit this role well will have at least a general working knowledge of WordPress websites to be able to lead a successful team of Front end developers, designers, SEO specialists, and Content writers so that Account Managers can successfully lead client meetings for the fulfillment of website builds without having to chase our teaUpgrade to see actual infombers for deliverables. If you prefer to work independently without much interaction with a team, this role is NOT for you. However, if you feel confident in your ability to master a process and lead a successful website development team, we want to hear from YOU!

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Stable Steady Internet
- Be available from 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM Central US Time weekly with daily two 15-minute breaks and one 30-minute lunch break (8:30 pm - 5:30 am in Philippines time)
- Team management experience required (at least 2-4 years - preferably in a digital marketing agency)
- Be a detail-management pro
- Excellent Spoken & Written English ability
