Amazon FBA Online Arbitrage Leads

I am looking for 5 full time VAs to find profitable Online Arbitrage leads for my Amazon FBA business. Requirements will be listed below:

-Must be experienced with Online Arbitrage Sourcing
-Must know how to use key software's in finding profitable leads (Jungle Scout, RevSeller, Keepa, etc)
-Each VA must be able to find me 5+ profitable leads daily, nothing less.

The requirements for a winning product are:
-40% Minimum ROI
-$4 - $25+ Net Profit Per Item
-10+ Sales A Month
