The Role:
You will play a vital role supporting job seeker, new advertiser setup and onboarding, as well as customer care and sales engineering.
Provide day to day support to our job seekers by providing resolution to the issues reported by email.
Take support calls and follow up with product, engineering and services team to address problems and issues reported by advertisers and job seekers.
Support day-to-day sales engineering and operation activities when required.
Report and analyze issues and devise a strategy to address trends by working with engineering and product team to improve user satisfaction.
Collaborate with product engineers to resolve client issues and system bugs in a timely manner.
Provide support in US time zone (email and phone support)
This role requires a confident, organized multi-tasker, who is equally comfortable working with people and data and who enjoys working cross functionally and with a wide range of customers and coworkers.
A good technical aptitude is essential.
Qualifications:
Graduate of B.A or B.S degree in Computer Science or any related dicipline
0-2 years for experience in supporting a B2C product.
Very strong verbal and written communication skills.
Demonstrated problem solving and technical troubleshooting skills.
Experience working with data and performing analysis.
Familiarity with MS Excel.
Open to work in Makati on a shifting schedule
