Graphic Designer for Stationery Company [Full-Time] - Flexible Schedule and Work From Home

I'm looking for a full-time graphic designer for a long-term commitment.

My company sells printed paper stationery products... cards, notepads, planner sheets, and more. We're expanding into other products. My audience is women in the USA.

I have two employees, both who I found on OnlineJobs.ph. Business is growing, and I need to hire some help.

You must have:
- An eye for amazing design, colors, typography, and layout.
- Expert knowledge in Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.
- Understanding of printing terminology: Bleed, Safety Margins, CMYK vs RGB vs Pantone

Your primary job responsibilities:
- Designing new items for print.
- Product and packaging designs.
- Creating / editing visual content for e-commerce listings and social media (photorealistic images and product videos).

REQUIREMENTS
* This is a full-time position, hourly 40 hours per week. You should have no other outstanding commitments or jobs.
* Home-based job. You set and track your own hours.
* You should be a self-starter who works quickly and independently.
* You must be online on Slack and available during working hours.
* Attend weekly video conferences.

SKILLS
* Graphic Design
* Photography or video creation skills highly desirable

SOFTWARE REQUIREMENTS
* Adobe CC: Access to and experience with Adobe CC products, including: InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Acrobat.
* Reliable Internet connection

PROCESS
1) I will hire a few qualified applicants for paid trial period, lasting up to one month.
2) If offered a position with my company, contractor will be hourly for 6 month probation period.
3) After 6 month probation, contractor will be eligible for full-time employment with 13th month pay, vacation, and bonuses.
