Amazon Ads Manager

We are seeking an experienced PPC Manager as a full-time (not agency) teaUpgrade to see actual infomber to both develop and manage our amazon ads. This opening is for an experienced hire and requires re-developing all existing ad structure, strategy, and managing of a small team. This job is a good fit for someone who wants to apply their existing knowledge and to have an ownership mentality in a great company. They should have a track-record of taking initiative, creative problem solving and efficient and effective ad management through process and automation.

We believe that is what has helped us to have significant growth in the past, and we are looking for a dedicated individual to join the team with these Upgrade to see actual infoitial Responsibilities (first month):
1. Develop and document a full PPC management process including choosing software, writing and documenting SOPs and train team for full lifecycle of sales on Amazon.

Daily and Monthly Responsibilities (after first month):
1. Create campaigns for new products
2. Optimize campaigns for existing products
3. Develop, train and supervise ad teaUpgrade to see actual infombers
4. Monitor and report on key KPIs
5. Continuous focus on improvement via outside trainings, testing of new ad strategies and methods


Required Skills and Qualifications
1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
2. Bachelor’s degree in economics, mathematics, finance, data science, OR relevant 5-years experience
3. 2 or more years of Amazon PPC Management required, with both creating and maintaining ads via bulk files, software, etc.
4. Excellent navigation of Microsoft Excel / Google sheets, automation through scripting preferred.
5. Excellent analytical and time-management skills
6. Strong project management skills with the ability to supervise multiple brands

Other Skills and Qualifications (not required but helpful)
1. Familiarity with the following software: Helium 10, Scale Insights, Perpetua
2. Familiarity with Upgrade to see actual info Advertising
3. Programming / Computer Science skills for automations of rules based ad management

Location
The business is USA-based but 90% of the team in the Philippines. This position is online, and therefore can be done remotely from home. Reliable, fast internet with back is required. We will be conducting interview video meetings on google.
Work is expected to be full time and hours per week will vary based on recurring and non-recurring activity. We have mandatory 4 hours per day overlap with morning EST (7-11) for team discussion and meeting. Other 4 hours would be according to your desired schedule

Compensation and Benefits
1. 30 day paid trial period at 60% pay followed by full time salaried position at full pay.
2. Salary based on experience: range $900 - $2200 monthly based on experience
3. Monthly profit share bonus after first year based on achieving target metrics
4. Annual salary increase based on performance
5. 120 hours paid time off per year, accrued based on hours worked
6. 13th month & Performance bonus
7. Philippine National Holidays observed
