HR Recruitment Specialist

We are a USA e-commerce company with 18 years of history. Our business name is Plexsupply. We are one of the biggest sellers on Amazon. We are looking for an HR Manager who will be recruiting new employees for our company.

Job Description:
- Create Job descriptions and post them on job websites.
- Review submitted applications and/or resumes for applicant job fit.
- Interview qualified applicants.
- Review test task results.
- Schedule candidates for interviews with TOP managers.
- Verify employment qualifications, including background checks.
- Prepare pre-hire paperwork.
- Schedule and facilitate new hire orientation.
- Explain the business processes for newbies.


Qualification:
- Has experience with recruitment in e-commerce or IT of more than 2 years
- Knowledge of Google Tools, Zoom, etc.
- Willing to start ASAP
- Graveyard shift (Monday - Friday 9 PM - 6 AM)
- Have your own computer/laptop with a stable internet connection
- Strong English communication skills
- Quezon Area
