Recruitment Team Leader’s key job task is to be a sourcing specialist. This includes searching social networks and portfolio sites to identify potential candidates, detect candidate contact information and sending recruiting
What you’ll do:
Candidates (70%)
Find prospective candidates through sourcing channels
Audit profiles provided to ensure match for open roles
Draft outreach messages to candidates
Interact with professionals on different platforms
Review resumes and online portfolios for pre-screening candidates
Audit/Responding to incoming messages
Discover new recruitment channels if existing posts are not successful
Log candidates information on the Dashboard Data Google Sheet
Send recruitment
Clients (20%)
Conduct thorough research on the client and their open positions
Collaborate with Client Delivery Manager for identifying the requirements for each position
Communicate successes and barriers in weekly Squadron Leader Meeting and/or as needed
Provide regular updates on recruiting process
People (10%)
Coach and develop sourcers to maximize their performance
Identify future Squadron Leaders
