JOB OVERVIEW

We are a 20+ person Recruiting Company that specializes in working with Funded Startup companies. We have an immediate opening for a Video Interviewer.

The video Interviewer’s key job task is to interact with potential candidates through video. This includes interviewing, recording, uploading and recapping conversations to the Client Delivery Manager to present to clients. To be successful in this role, you should combine professionalism with excellent communication.

What you’ll do:
Candidates (70%)
Research and review applications & portfolios of each candidate that you are interviewing
Prepare pre-screen questions to assess for job fit
Interact with professionals via Zoom and record for upload
Process (20%)
Recap key notes from the interview in email format to Client Delivery Manager
Uploading video interviews for clients

Clients (10%)
Collaborate with Squadron Leader for identifying the requirements for each position
Communicate successes and barriers to Squadron Leaders as needed
Provide regular updates on screening process
