JOB OVERVIEW

We are hiring people that know how to repair advanced Windows PC remotely on computers with some training on CRM tools such as Automate & ConnectWise Manage. We do not train on technical skills. You must already know how to do everything when it comes to troubleshooting and repairing Windows PCs and Macs (optional).

Must have at least 2+ years hands-on BPO experience troubleshooting hard advanced problems with viruses, slow computers, printers, error messages, proprietary Software, driver problems, wireless networking, network printing and scanning, file sharing.

American English accent / neutral English accent

Must have great communication skills
Must be a team player
Must follow process and procedures
Diagnose Windows hardware and software problems for U.S. customers over the phone
Diagnose and isolate defective hardware over the phone
Slow computers
Troubleshooting wireless networks
Computer optimizations using a lot of advanced tech tools
Malware
Operating System Reinstallation Win 8, 10, 11, Windows Server
Wireless networking setup
Wireless printer troubleshooting and setup
Sound errors and drivers
BSOD errors
Black screen errors
Fixing errors with proprietary software, MS Office.
Software compatibility
Driver issues
Answering advanced questions / technology consultations
Tablets, Smartphones, IOS, and Android (optional)
Mac computers (optional)
