*KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Media Planning
- Intake creative assets and workflow projects for multiple clients
- Follow up with clients/agencies to ensure on-time delivery of assets and deadlines are met
- Review digital assets for accuracy prior to launch
- Launch ads on advertising platforms and oversee agency in launching ads
- Manage and monitor ad campaigns including budget
- Conduct audits of existing digital assets to optimize for performance and spend
- Desire to keep up with best practices and trends in digital advertising
- Using analytics, collaborate with the campaign manager and Account Manager to optimize existing campaigns
*These will evolve and be ever-changing based on what we’re working on!
**TOOLS WE USE REGULARLY:
- ClickUp
- Salesforce (preferable to have experience with)
- Excel (must have experience with)
- Zoom Info
- Microsoft Teams/Office
- LinkedIn
- Slack
- Google Tag Manager
- Terminus (platform for biz data from ad perspective)
**Don’t worry if you don’t know how to use these, there are online tutorials and you’ll get the hang of it as you go!
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- Experience in running paid media campaigns through a platform such as AdRoll, Google AdWords, or the equivalent, or willingness to learn the launching, managing, and monitoring of ads.
- Fundamental knowledge of martech - extensive martech exposure
- Some experience in marketing technology such as Salesforce/Pardot/Hubspot/Marketo
- Huge bonus points for experience in Terminus, Demandbase, or Rollworks.
- An understanding of Google Tag Manager
- Budgeting and media planning - nice to have but could also just be excel skills
- An e-commerce background would be great, ie Google AdWords for an e-commerce company
- Experience in LinkedIn Advertising
