JOB OVERVIEW

Job Responsibilities
- Conceptualise and create advertising campaigns on social media (mainly IG and FB)
- Creative with video / visuals to direct photographers / videographer’s efforts
- Create blog posts for posting on website / engaging audience on social media
- Manage overall social media advertising efforts with rest of team
- Engage audience on IG / FB with stories / polls / posts
- Work with other social media executives to coordinate efforts on social media push
- Create and run promotional e-mail campaigns (using tools like Mailchimp)


Required skills:
- Extensive experience managing Facebook pages / Instagram accounts for brands
- Proven track record of growing audiences from USA / Europe
- Ability to engage customers through DMs and postings on social media to increase brand presence.
- Ability to work independently without constant guidance.
- Ability to engage and communicate with audience in USA / Europe
- Good command of English - Able to speak and write English idiomatically
- Manage customer service / relationships with potential customers
- Self-starter when it comes to taking charge of social media efforts
- Ability to communicate clearly and succinctly with teammates to coordinate efforts to increase business and engagements.
- Good eye for aesthetics to determine what works better on social media
- Knowledge of graphic design tools – e.g. Canva / Photoshop / Illustrator
- [BONUS] Good if you have experience with Amazon / Shopify
