The International Recruitment Assistant should support the Operations Team to source strong candidates who can fulfil the vacancy requirements of our clients. The International Recruitment Assistant should be proactive and creative when targeting prospective candidates, communicating effectively with interested applicants and representing the My Healthcare Recruit brand professionally at all times. The International Recruitment Assistant will be responsible for sourcing the candidate, vetting them, hosting an introductory call with them and lining them up for interview with suitable clients. They are responsible for keeping the candidate engaged to the point of interview and ensuring My Healthcare Recruit can tap into niche skills within the market.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
• Sourcing candidates online
• Screen candidates effectively so time is optimised
• Co-ordination and facilitation of candidate introductory calls
• Keep accurate and up to date records and candidate notes
• Provide candidate support
• Liaise effectively with Operations Team so candidate experience is optimised

Experience and Qualification Requirements
Must have at least 1 years recruitment experience
Experience in a similar role is preferred
Rate of Pay: Competitive
Location: Remote
Hours 8.30am - 5.30pm UK time (can be flexed if needed)
Contract Type: Initial 1 month fixed term contract with opportunity to extend if successful
