SuperStar Cold Caller/ Virtual Assistant and Data Entry

Seeking SuperStar Cold Caller/ Virtual Assistant and Data Entry Virtual Agent that loves busy work and is self-motivated. We are a real estate investment company that specializes in helping people stop foreclosure and purchase homes. We also help in recovering surplus funds from foreclosures and unclaimed funds that the customer is not aware of.

Responsibilities/Duties include but not limited to:

(Mainly) Successful cold calling, recommended 2 years of any cold calling. Prefer real estate experience/Surplus Funds/Tax Overage. Successful track record of appointment setting/closed deals with a goal of closing 5-10 contracts per week. Text, call, and email.

Communicate with the homeowner by cold call, text blast, and email.

Offer services and see if they would like more information.

Transfer warm or hot leads by phone, text, or email. Answer incoming calls with the goal of closing.

A script/training will be provided. Opportunity for additional bonus/commissions on finalized claims.

Data Entry Virtual Agent Position:

Loves busy work. Enjoys data tasks. Enjoys switching tasks to other data projects when needed.

Typing Speed of 60+

Skip tracing the homeowner, providing confirmed contacts/phone numbers of each lead, or Upgrade to see actual infoeck database of leads to confirm leads can still be claimed

Locate and confirm accurate contacts for the homeowner, phone, mailing address, and/or email.
