Sales Manager

- improve the company sales process
- manage the company’s CRM and sales pipelines
- meet or exceed company sales goals
- negotiate all contracts with prospective clients
- prepare weekly and monthly reports
- educate prospects on products through calls, emails, text messaging, or social media
- forecast future business results
- analyze different company sales strategies
- manage and allocate resources in order to close or service upcoming sales
- facilitate the growth of the sales team

Job Requirements:
* Bachelor’s Degree required
* knowledge of B2C and B2B sales preferred
* great English speaking skills
* excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
