Talented Artist, Graphic Designer, & Illustrator Needed For Growing T-Shirt/Apparel Design Company

We are looking for a talented graphic designer & artist to create and design art for t-shirts and other merchandise. We are looking for someone to work with for the long run. We will start small, but as the business grows, we plan to scale your work up. We are looking to hire you to make anywhere from 30 to 100 unique designs for us per month, depending on your time, as well as how the business grows.

As I mentioned, we will start small, and increase from there. We are looking for someone who is committed and who takes pride in their work. We are looking for a long-term relationship. Our business is growing rapidly, and we want the right applicant to be a part of our journey. A few other notes:

1) To create the design, we will provide you with a concept, or an example t-shirt (a link and a picture, for example), and you will create a design based on the concept/example. You should create something original and/or IMPROVE upon the example, and make it better.

2) You should also be sure to use ORIGINAL ART, and DO NOT COPY ART THAT BELONGS TO Upgrade to see actual infoe original art and images.

3) You must be familiar with photoshop and/or illustrator, or a similar software.
