JOB OVERVIEW

We are a rapidly growing US-based digital marketing agency that focuses on delivering results and client retention.
We work with small businesses from local dentists spending a few thousand dollars a month in ad spend to multi-million dollar ecom stores spending hundreds of thousands of dollars per month in ad spend.
You will also work directly with the founders to discuss business strategy, and improve internal systems and SOPs.

Requirements:
1. Fluent English (C2 and above). Must be able to communicate with clients on call and in writing.
2. 2+ years of experience running multiple (5+) Google Ads campaigns at the same time, with ad spend over $1K a month each.
3. Experienced with running local Google ads campaigns. Ecommerce experience is a bonus.
4. Experience with GTM and Google Analytics.
5. Project Management: Work with and manage the web designers, QA, SEO specialists, Web Designers and other teaUpgrade to see actual infombers.
6. Responsible for the project hitting deadlines.
7. Understand how to copywrite (write a landing page and ad copies that converts).
8. Attention to detail is essential.
9. High-speed reliable internet.
10. You must be able to work in US time zone. During the day US time. Must be available 40 hrs a week.


Responsibilities (include, but are not limited to)…
1. Managing 15-30 Google Ads client accounts.
2. Building new Google Ads Campaigns, Ad Groups, Ads, and Keywords.
3. Optimizing Google Ads Campaigns, Ad Schedules, Target Geo’s, Extensions, and Ad copy.
4. QA campaigns before launching.
5. Coordinating with Google to resolve disapproved ads and account issues.
6. Collaborating to create & optimize landing page content (for optimal quality scores).
7. Lead strategy, execution, and communication for multiple clients.
8. Responsible for being the point of contact with the clients.
9. Project management: you’ll be working with a web designer and copywriter to produce quick and quality results for our clients.
10. You’ll continue to grow your knowledge in all aspects of PPC by attending weekly training and continuous self-learning.

1. True success will be measured in the success of our individual clients. Client success is measured in:
2. Cost Per Acquisition. Cost per phone call for our clients.
3. Number of new customers/patients that our clients receive from your PPC.
4. Client Upgrade to see actual infoasured in how many months the client stays with our agency

We are not interested in agencies. This is for a long-term full-time Upgrade to see actual infossage us your CVs and screenshots/case studies you have.
