• The compensation for this position is $750/month for the first 3 months, followed by $850/month. We will pay weekly for the first three months.
• This is a fully remote, full-time (40 hour) position

DO YOU WRITE AND SPEAK EXCEPTIONALLY WELL IN ENGLISH? You will be frequently interfacing with suppliers and customers. You MUST have stellar grammar, a charming written personality, and the uncanny ability to build rapport and relationships with our customers and clients through written word. This is an unnegotiable component of this job position.

ARE YOU AN AMAZON FBA EXPERT? We’re looking for an FBA pro that knows the right tools and tricks of keeping things flowing and growing within an Amazon business.

DO YOU ENJOY DIVING INTO DATA TO MAKE DATA-DRIVEN DECISIONS? We’re looking for someone who can chug through large datasets to divulge actionable insights. This might be around new product selection, inventory forecasting and management, or sales trends. We need someone who is driven and comfortable with taking a task and running with it.

DO YOU HAVE GREAT ATTENTION TO DETAIL? There’s a lot at play in our day-to-day operations, and we’re looking for someone who makes sure things don’t slip through the cracks.

Roles/Responsibilities:

• Oversee all inventory management, focusing around proper inventory forecasting
• Place and track purchase and production orders
• Communicate with suppliers
• Perform product research to identify high potential, profitable product opportunities
• Oversee customer service across Amazon and Shopify
• Track and reconcile Amazon shipments
• Open and track cases with Amazon Seller Support
• Create weekly inventory and sales reports, helping the team to easily identify changes in performance and address problem areas
• Maintain proper Amazon FBA account health
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of Seller Central
• Invoice/receipt gathering, inventory cost calculations, etc.

Ideal Competencies & Experience:
• 3+ years working in an Amazon business
• Experience with inventory management (forecasting, ordering, supplier communication, etc.)
• Advanced Excel user (Vlookups, Pivot tables, etc.)
• Experience with Amazon and Amazon tools
Seller Central (most important)
Helium 10
JungleScout
InventoryLab
Keepa
Etc.
• Perfect spoken and written English
• Reliable technology setup (computer, fast and reliable in-home internet, phone service)
