iPhone App Wireframing (no coding required)

Hello,

We are looking for someone to create requirements for new apps. You will first do market research to find new app ideas. You will then create requirements (=wireframes) for this app. The rest of the project will be handled by our project manager. We're looking for someone to create an app per week. All procedures of the job are written in standard operating procedures.

We are a team of app creators. We create and publish our own apps in our small structure. We've been active for 3 years now. So far we've had 12 million downloads. The company is looking to scale. So far here is the team :
- Me, the owner and creator (I do app research/creation/wireframing and most of the marketing/sales)
- The developers and designers (they code and design the app). Usually we have 2 or 3 developers working full time
- Project Manager who does most of the testing, recruiting and the data reporting

I have personally been creating the apps with a "pen and paper" (actually I use Power Point to create the apps).

I'm looking for someone that will create apps for me. My methodology is documented on Word documents, points by points. All you have to do is follow the procedure. Quick summary of the procedure :
1) identify apps that have big potential on the app store
2) Creating the requirements. The goal is just for the developer to understand what we want
3) You will be creating an app per week. Once you're finished with the requirements our project manager will start hiring and will manage the project until it is finished
4) It's highly possible that you will be included in marketing/sales. Which is : App store optimization, tweaking (testing different app store optimization strategies)

Here is the type of person I'm looking for :
- You will be creating apps following clear guidelines. I need someone who is comfortable with that
- You need to be structured and organized
- You must own an iPhone (iPhone 5 & up). You will spend 50% of your time on your iPhone
- I also need flexibility. Although we're growing quickly, things change all the time. It's possible that you do 100% of app creation but you will most likely be doing other things once in a while (marketing / sales)

This is not a position for 1 month or 2. I'm looking for someone who's going to work for me for years. e will be very thorough in the recruitment. We're only looking for a rock star. You will grow with the company. In 2013, we did 10k$ in sales. In 2014, we did 120k$ in sales. In 2015, we did 350k$. In 2016 1 million is the bare minimum, we're aiming at 2 million. And I need your help on that.
