Hiring Recruitment Specialist Needed for Customer Service VA and e-Commerce Roles ( Amazon FBA )

?We’re looking for a freelance recruitment specialist to help hire staff for two roles in our online e-commerce business selling on Amazon:

- Customer service / business support VA
- Amazon Product Launch and International Marketplace Growth Specialist

We are looking for a recruitment specialist with:

- Experience hiring remote working staff internationally for various functions of an online e-commerce business, including from Asia
- Ability to use assessment methods and techniques to filter out high volumes of applicants and put forward the right candidates for the job
- Understanding of the skills and competencies required to support a business selling primarily on Amazon using the Amazon FBA ( Fulfilled by Amazon) service
- Experience hiring for customer service and business support roles
- Experience hiring high level senior marketers for Upgrade to see actual info

The hiring manager will be expected to handle all aspects of the recruitment process and put forward the best candidates for interview.

We’re a family-run business that sells more than 100 of our own products under our own brand. We sell our products mainly via Amazon FBA (Fulfilled by Amazon) as our primary sales channel as well as other online e-commerce marketplaces.

We are in the process of expanding internationally to new marketplaces including UK and the EU and need staff to support this growth. Our team works remotely / virtually and we are keen to hire the right talent internationally.
