Social Media Marketer - P/T Flexible Hours ***$600/ month + 13th month***

We are a Childcare focused jobs board and we are looking for a top-level SMM manager/ website manager to join our team part-time.


You will be working alongside the founders and other staff and will be tasked with improving our social media and brand awareness, interacting with clients and candidates and taking care of other day-to-day tasks. This position will begin for 20 hours per week, 4 hours' work per day, but could be upgraded to a full-time position later on if both parties wish to increase hours.

ABOUT THE JOB -
Social media:
- FB, Twitter, Insta, Linkedin, Pinterest - maintaining, following, posting in groups, sharing useful materials and improving our overall follower numbers
- Oversee design of all graphics across the platforms and create engaging and interesting posts to drive traffic to the blog and job posts using Canva
- Engaging, liking, commenting, sharing and finding new groups to join and share content
- Interacting with followers and job seekers for month on month growth
Extra bits:
- Listing jobs on the job board Mon - Fri
- Monitoring and responding to emails & contact with potential paying customers, developing relationships
- Checking candidate applications for spam
- Researching and identifying new business opportunities - including new contacts, growth areas and partnerships
- Seeking ways of improving the way the business operates


PAYMENT -
The 1st month you will be paid weekly
After that payment every month
Bonuses paid for high-quality work
13th-month payment
Salary review each year

SALARY -
Monthly salary based on experience from $600/ month + 13th month
