We work closely with businesses of all sizes, focussing on bringing new ways to grow their business and generating revenue online. We have a passion for improvement, where we develop products internally alongside growing clients businesses here in New Zealand and overseas.
The ideal candidate will work doing the tasks outlined below where it is important the have a strong attention to detail. The work time will ideally be 11amNZT (7amPHT) - 7pmNZT (3pmPHT).

Below is a breakdown of the tasks in hierarchy of priority.
1. Account Management: The primary role will be speaking with clients to understand what they are needing and any additional opportunities to generate more revenue for the business. This will then lead to updating the implementation teams who are doing the SEO, Google Ads, Web Development and Social Media for these clients. You will be using a project management system to simplify and manage tasks across the range of clients being
2. Campaign Performance: You will work alongside the implementation team to understand ways to improve results.
3. Content Creation: Writing
4. Data Entry: Updating and placing client details in our CRM (Pipedrive). Although this is not a common task, it will be important you keep things up to date in
5. Research: Provide base research on a range of topics including business research.
6. Graphic Design: Simple design of posters is not required but is an added bonus. Main campaigns will be created by our designers, but simple changes is an ideal skill if available but not required.
7. Answering Phone Calls: While the director is away, you will be required to answer calls during work hours. Your primary role is to take calls and notify notes for the director to then reply to sales calls. Account management calls will not be common and initially managed by the director.
