Hi! We’re Megaphonics Enrichment Centre! We’re a leading school that specialises in teaching Phonics and English, and we are based in Singapore.

We believe that every child should be able to learn how to read and write English, even if it’s not their first language.

We are currently looking to add a Content Creator/Copywriter to our expanding, high-performing team!

[HOW LIFE IS GONNA LOOK LIKE FOR YOU]

Although you’ll be working remotely, you’ll be getting onto conference calls with our team in Singapore for weekly meetings and various ad-hoc updates/ tasks.

You’ll get to experience things such as designing posts, publishing them on Instagram and coming up with creative market copy.

We provide an essential service to Singaporeans at large.

Through our work, many students have been able to learn to speak and write fluent English. Over 1,000 students have begun their educational journey with us, and some of these children do not speak English as a first language as they hail from different nations and therefore struggle with the English language.

[THE RIGHT APPLICANT]

The right applicant is someone who is naturally talented when creating social media designs and who also possesses a presentable level of English for soft copywriting purposes.

The right applicant must be able to write competently.

A college degree is unnecessary. But what’s important is the ability to persuade the prospect through beautifully constructed designs and copy.

We will hire newbies that show promise, and train them to be, well, not newbies. This means if you have no prior experience writing marketing copy that sells products or services - that’s fine.

[THE JOB]

You’ll be tasked with designing and scheduling social media posts, to turn them into awesome, compelling content for our current and prospective parents.

Performing market research for additional information that you might need to do, to make the copy/artwork easy to understand to the average layperson. For example, coming up with alternative educational content that may grow our digital presence like ideas for Instagram Reels or Stories.

Ability to implement $1.80 strategy and tracking metrics for growth is a requirement for this job scope.

Any other Adhoc administrative work.

[MUST HAVE]

The right applicant must be passionate about design and digging into the creative process to create compelling artwork that will draw consumers in, while also having a natural curiosity to want to further their craft.

Be it about how to implement the AIDA model in carousel posts, to creating compelling market copy for beautifully designed social media posts or planning and implementing an effective management system for social media platforms.

The Right Applicant has to be able to be independent and have initiative.

To find the one idea that will capture and compel an audience of prospective consumers.

The right applicant must have integrity.



[COMPATIBILITY]

The right applicant must be willing to commit at least 8 hours a day.

The right applicant must be interested in English, Graphic Design, or Marketing.

If you’re passionate about economics, real estate, fashion, or other similar topics, we recommend you not to apply because you will not be reading or researching these or similar topics for daily inspiration.
