Outbound Appointment Setter (Past Clients / Warm Leads)

PAY + MONTHLY BONUS:
40 hours per week
Monthly Commission Bonus based on KPIs.


OVERVIEW:
SMS Media sells stock, options, and futures trading education programs. We pitch and close inbound & outbound prospects daily who are qualifies for our training programs.

We are looking for a hyper focused, motivated, and self driven business consultant to join our team.

CORE TASKS:
1. CallUpgrade to see actual infooutbound leads per day (Past clients).
2. Talk, text, or leave voicemail
3. Follow up like a rockstar. Prospects financial status change weekly & monthly.

We have built a fun, laid back, and financially rewarding environment. Because every teaUpgrade to see actual infomber is self managed, driven, and focused on the task at hand!

As part of the team you will required to manage yourself, your time, and your own pipeline.

PERREQUISITES:
You must be very proficient in english.
You must have your own equipment & internet connection.
You must be able to use Vonage, our phone system, effectively.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Calling leads M-F 9AM - 5PM ET
Setting up appointments with qualified leads.

TOOLS:

Skype to communicate with the team
Updating Google Sheets
Data entry to setup appt.

GOALS:
We will provide informative training, support, and an incredible environment to work in. Our baseline metric for success for each setter is to averageUpgrade to see actual infooutbound calls each day and set 1 qualified sales appointment each hour you are on the clock.

EXPECTATIONS:
