JOB OVERVIEW

Role:
Responding promptly to customer enquiries by phone, email and online chat
Demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of our product offering to customers
Support existing customers and partners with product, account and billing queries
Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints
Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary
Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support

Who we are looking for:
Customer support experience in the short term rental or Airbnb management sector
Excellent verbal and written communication
Comfortable on phone calls, emails and chat
Excellent English, knowledge of other languages is a plus
Experience in customer support over the phone and chat
Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
Sincere empathy, which can be seen through phone and email interactions
Ability and willingness to adapt to change
Willingness to work on a rotating shift pattern
