Interested in bringing on someone who can revamp current campaigns. We have solid metrics but there are vast areas of improvement and running various initiatives can give us an advantage in the changing state of the businesses I operate. I need someone that understands current trends, and their effectiveness, beyond just what Google is trying to sell. We’ve seen how they can take advantage of ad spend so running staggered schedules, and bid adjustments, location adjustments, device adjustments are all in the current strategy, but not Upgrade to see actual infompaign ranks at 1.6 and generates some of the conversion goals that I was looking for, but over time that has started to slip. Currently, not utilizing retargeting of any kind, but we’d be open to it if it maximizes results. The budget is the budget, and we’re just looking for a fine tune and someone who can do monthly and quarterly sweeps to keep things looking strong. With that said, we’d also want to revamp some of the SEO. This is an ongoing job, as I own seven businesses, so I'm looking for a person of sound character that is looking for a long term opportunity. I'm NOT interested in an individual looking to supplement their primary job, who also does freelancing, or who subcontracts their work out to other individuals. This person will have zooUpgrade to see actual infoetings with the management teams, be held accountable for their work, and be able to collaborate with others.
