Illustrator/Graphic Artist

I'm looking for an illustrator who can complete a graphic novel for me in the style of Scott Pilgrim. The characters are written but need to be drawn and created by the artist. They should also be able to use comic book style pages and writing styles. Price is negotiable once we dUpgrade to see actual info on the right person.
