SUPER URGENT: Digital Marketing Manager

We are in need of a Marketing strategist. We need an experienced marketing strategist to help plan, create and help execute new campaigns. Our company is growing and we need more help on this front. We are located in Australia and our main business is commercial real estate. Working hours are AEDT (Sydney time) business hours.

To be successful at this role you will need experience in CRM (ideally Active Campaign),

Facebook Business Manager, Google Analytics, SEM, SEO & Social Media campaigns in a business environment.

JOB BRIEF:
If you live and breathe digital marketing we want to talk to you. We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to develop, implement, track and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels.

Skills:
* You must have at least 2 yrs of work experience as a Marketing Strategist.
* You must be very proactive and share ideas with the group
* You must be willing to be trained or learn new things on your own as we go.
* You must be reliable and communicative
* You need to be hyper loyal
* Real world experience with Western companies in Western market places (US, Australia, UK)
* Comprehensive experience with CRM (ideally ActiveCampaign)
* Proven analytics and segmentation experience.
* Knowledge of SEO, website optimization, data mining and security
* Relevant level of web development skills necessary
* Strong planning, project management and organizational skills.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* An equally analytical and creative thinker.
