Google Ads / Facebook Ads Marketing

We are looking for a Media Buyer to join our growing marketing team. This is a full-time remote work opportunity.

We mainly looking for someone that had experienced with Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Display Ads), and Facebook/Instagram ads that help us to create and manage our campaigns to grow our traffic. An experience in Tiktok ads and Youtube ads is a plus but are not required. We dont have ads on these platforms (Tiktok, Youtube) yet but will like to expand there in the future.

Responsibilities:

- Planning campaign strategy for ads on different platforms (FB, Google Ads, Tiktok, Youtube)
- Comes up an ads copywriting that delivers the right message with the right audiences
- Work with Graphic designer to have the right banners for the ads
- Execute it by creating and managing campaigns on various platforms (FB, Google Ads, Tiktok, Youtube)
- Monitor, analyze data, and split testing to optimize the performance of the ads (best ROI)
- Analyze user engagement (e.g. Click through rate, Cost per lead/Call) from the ads
- Report all the metrics KPI of the ads each week and each month.
- Learn about customers to create and manage custom audiences for ads targeting
- Learn about products to understand what products are important for advertising.
- Communications in a timely manner, escalate and alert teams via Slack.


Qualifications:
- Must have 2+ years experience in managing ads (at least with FB and Google Ads)
- Must be able to analyze and interpret metrics from different digital platforms
- Great English communication skills
- Must be able to follow an agreed timeline and meet deadlines
- Have experience in ecommerce is a plus
- Have experience in RC hobby related is a plus
