JOB OVERVIEW

Gloss (Upgrade to see actual info) is a successful U.S. Digital Marketing Agency founded in 2007, with a full-time staff in the Philippines since 2008.

We are seeking a full-time "Rock Star" Account Manager who can work from home in the Philippines.

Responsibilities:
Work directly with clients during U.S. business hours via Zoom, text, and email to support clients as necessary.
Act as liaison to communicate project updates, technical issues, updates, etc… to project management and development personnel.
Onboard and train customers to use products effectively.
Provide developers with client feedback to help identify potential new features or products.
Analyze customers’ needs and suggest upgrades or additional features to meet their requirements.
Work with sales/marketing personnel to increase sales through upsells.
Work with project management, development, and marketing to establish best practices.

Skill Sets:
Minimum 3 years experience doing similar work.
Solid technical background with hands-on experience in digital technologies.
Familiarity with software and front-end development concepts and terminology.
An ability to gasp customers’ needs and suggest timely solutions.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
