An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Virtual Assistant who is looking for an amazing opportunity to join an entrepreneurial business at a time of growth. Once you have learnt the current systems of the business you will have ownership of and managing the administration and marketing areas of the business, which directly link into sales.

Virtual Assistant Job Description:
Initially you will be required to understand the business by the following tasks:
- Provide Virtual Assistant duties
- Provide Researching
- Provide Marketing
- Social Media Management and Campaigns (using Facebook, Twitter, Linked-In, Instagram etc)
- Administration such as booking flights and hotel reservations
- Marketing: Simple web pages / lead pages / website blogs / blog commenting
- Email campaigns (experience of Agile CRM and/or Infusionsoft would be a bonus)
- Providing regular updates on projects you are managing
- Manage Emails - sort and arrange in folders; send responses
- Excellent English language skills are required; written and spoken
- Expert Customer Support; handling phone calls and providing e-mail support (training and FAQ Scripts will be provided)
- Basic video editing skills would be really helpful too.

Database / Systems / Technical Skills Required:
- MS Office
- Currently using Agile CRM - changing to Infusionsoft soon so this experience would be a real bonus
- Social Media such as Facebook. Twitter, Linked-In, Instagram, Hootsuite

We are based in the UK, so our preference 'initially' is for UK business hours to be worked, but this 'may' not be essential as the role develops, as we make expand the VA / Admin / Marketing team to 2-3 people over time.

There is also scope for the 'VA' elements to be part-time, and the marketing / online marketing to be part-time with a different team member if we don't find one person with all the skills we need.
