As a web developer, your major responsibility will be to construct dependable and high-performing websites, features, and web-based applications and services.

Team Player - one thing you will NOT find at YTC is people doing their work on little corners, all alone. We all sit in the same room, so we can brainstorm better, and have a project manager and multiple resources for you to provide your best work. If the thought of getting constructive feedback horrifies you, then YTC is not your place.
Coding Proficiency – can write code proficiently in one or more programming or scripting languages such as PHP, Javascript, JQuery, HTML, CSS, etc. with experience in WordPress / Shopify Upgrade to see actual infoP, including creating custom plugins for WordPress.
JS, including creating beautiful seamless web animations.
Experience with creating Shopify themes and apps
Clear & Concise communicator – strong verbal and written communication skills to keep everyone on the team on the same Upgrade to see actual infon actively listen and type at a decent speed.
Time Management Skills – know how to handle projects in a fast and efficient manner with projects on track to completion in a timely manner.


What will you be doing every day?

Web Development – where your core skills would come into play developing client websites taking designs to fully functional websites
Client Maintenance – taking client requests which would include bugs, issues, maintenance, or updates.
Plugin Development – properly develop/modify plugins that will be tailored for specific client/company requirements.
Planning – be able to dUpgrade to see actual info in advance what needs to be done technically for web development
Compliance – adhere to project/task company quality guidelines and procedures maintaining world-class standards in project/task execution.
Research – finding or providing technical solutions to clients which can aid in proficiently achieving the target outcome.
Training – continuous self-improvement using the company-provided relevant training and seminars.
These day-to-day tasks must be done in a quick and effective manner taking into account a well-timed development production.
