Airbnb and VRBO Guest Support Officer

We are looking for someone to join our grown team to help ensure our guests have the best experience for their stay. This is a great opportunity to secure a full time position.

You will be required to work Weekends and public holidays when needed, but will be sharing the work with other people

We are a short term holiday property management company that use Guesty to manage all of our guests bookings. The right candidate will have the following experience:

- Minimum 1 year experience working with Guesty
- Experience working with Airbnb, VRBO
- Experience offering phone support for customers
- If you have worked for another holiday management company that is a massive bonus!!!
