JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for an amazing virtual assistant to help us manage our fast growing e-commerce company.

We are a consumer products development company specializing in E-Commerce Upgrade to see actual infoom inception to product launch, our team deploys strategies designed to make products more visible to the marketplace, and maximizing profits for those products within the brand.

Beyond your experience, we are also looking for someone who is professional and possesses impeccable English communication in both written and verbal. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with the CEO, and should be flexible, passionate and have a keen eye for detail.

This role is 100% work from home.

** In this role, you will be in charge of the following day-to-day activities:

- Follow our company's SOP to research, manage and support new-to-platform listings - make sure that the details are accurate and optimized for organic and paid search
- Continuously monitor Amazon listings, edit details and open support cases as needed
- Create, maintain, and upload flat-file updates for Amazon listings
- Launch new products: keywords research, funnels, listing preparations, EBC activities, listing content, backend settings, etc.
- Report (daily, weekly, monthly) on campaigns and overall account health and provide recommendations to enhance performance
- Assist in planning the CEO’s day in project management tool Monday.om and help chip away/delegate/research/see to completion different projects/tasks/ideas/to do lists.
- Summarize, take notes, and create next action items on meetings, ongoing projects, etc
- Manage marketing projects
- Assist the CEO on coordinating with different department leaders to make sure they are making progress on certain projects, tasks via a meeting or email follow up.
- Help with posting job postings, screening applicant resumes for following directions, etc..


** About You - Core Specifications:

- 3+ years of relevant experience working as a VA / Amazon Account Manager/ Generalist
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills to drive team communication
- Detail-oriented and processes work quickly and accurately
- Excellent English oral and written communication
- Possesses interpersonal skills, team-working attitude takes initiatives and have excellent analytical skills
