JOB OVERVIEW

We need a Credit Repair Specialist that can manage a team. Must have 2+ yrs of credit repair, client management, and team leadership.

You must have an extensive background in credit repair and administrative background. We are seeking someone who is professional and good at speaking /meeting with clients and assisting the Upgrade to see actual infoerested applicant must have experience in the job applied for.

What The Job Is Like
- A Credit Repair Specialist is someone who is responsible for assuring the success of our clients in our program. You will work directly with our clients, our team, and data furnishers to help dispute inaccurate credit information reported to our client's credit reports.

Job Duties
- Provide Exceptional Customer Support
- Contact credit card companies by phone and email to dispute misreported late payments
- Challenge balances reported by auto lenders that are unverifiable
- Review responses from debt collection agencies to detect possible FDCPA violations
- Willing to study and take advanced training courses to further knowledge and expertise paid for by the company
- Maintain a consistent level of attention to detail
- Be persistent and relentless when it comes to our dispute process
- Be able to communicate effectively to our clients and staff
