As a Recruiter at our company, you will be responsible for finding, sourcing, attracting, and hiring talent with the goal to fulfill the company's hiring needs. We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team! As a Recruiter at our company, you will be responsible for finding, sourcing, attracting, and hiring talent with the goal to fulfill the company's hiring needs.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Interviewing the applicants to find out their interests and abilities
Matching the applicants’ preferences with the jobs that are in the database
Giving advice to the applicant about the job duties, preparing a resume, or how to handle himself during the interview
Cross-checking applicants’ references
Develop recruitment goals and objectives
Source passive candidates
Communicate with Hiring Managers
Recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting
Build talent networks to find qualified active and passive candidates
Use a multi-channel approach to recruit
Identify key recruiting KPIs
Review applicants to evaluate if they meet the position requirements
Interview candidates following company's rules and regulations
Adhere to laws, rules, and regulations
Prepare a report on a weekly basis for the tasks completed or in progress.


Requirements and Qualifications:
At least 1-year experience as Recruiter or interviewer
Ability and willingness to learn about the position requirements
Passion about HR and Talent Acquisition methods
experience in Employer Branding methods
Understanding and familiarity with Recruitment Marketing
Some understanding of basic marketing strategies
l thinker and problem-solving skills
Team player
Good time-management skills
