JOB OVERVIEW

US company with several Shopify sites is seeking a seasoned marketing associate to join the Upgrade to see actual info this role, you will report directly into the Director of Marketing and will be responsible for owning and driving various aspects of our Marketing initiatives.

You will be responsible for executing strategies with external agencies, crafting social/web promotions, and elevating brand presence with a highly motivated mindset on expansion and growth.

Key Responsibilities:
Strategize, organize and execute 360 social media/digital/PR campaigns for brands across all platforms

Adaptive in-depth analysis of brand performance and engagement, assessing our competitive landscape/promotional strategies to conduct a brand SWOT analysis and response strategies

Innovate new ideas for social and digital marketing and outreach, inclusive of sampling, seeding and giveaways, and creative content/campaigns to elevate brand positioning and metrics

Collaborate with cross functional internal teams to understand brand, product, and sales to support new and existing portfolios, increase brand awareness, and optimize cross-channel marketing and support for digital and brick and mortar retailers.

Oversee digital media campaigns, ad recommend tactics and resources needed to successfully execute; measure results and inform evolving strategy

·Work solo, or with partners to optimize for cost efficiency and customer experience across paid social, search, display, affiliate, and more

Responsible for growing our brands as we expand online, launch new products, and customer acquisition.

Test and think outside the box with existing new channels – we invite innovative thinking!

Create, implement, and execute strategic marketing Upgrade to see actual infovelop and manage budgets to achieve growth targets

Manage the vetting, selection, and on-boarding of digital marketing vendor partners

Work with external agencies and internal resources to develop and deploy creative assets and content designed to achieve objectives

Express our brand’s voice and story for use in editorial content, advertising, online and retail communications


Education & Experience:

· Bachelor’s (preferred)

· 3+ years of Digital Marketing experience.

· Experience running Facebook and Google ads

· Experience working in a startup company preferred


Skills, Requirements & Abilities:

· Strategic understanding of brand building within the skincare market

· Self-starter who is proactive and dedicated to getting results

· A track record of performance excellence, meeting targets and objectives

· Strong analytical, planning, forecasting and budgeting/financial skills.

· Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

· Ability to articulate a vision and strategy to inspire and motivate a team to achieve goals.

· Experience managing social media and email marketing

· Strong business decision-making skills; able to identify, prioritize and articulate highest impact initiatives.
