Local SEO expert for business websites

My web design agency is looking for an SEO specialist to help with improving organic rankings for US local business sites in the home services industries. We have several clients, and have a large volume of sites. On going work potential for the right candidate.

Tasks include the following, in order of importance:
- Backlinking from high DA/DR/niche relevant sites/do-follow links
- Creating citations
- On-page/off-page SEO
- Content writing (great to have but not required)

Qualifications
- Access to, and knowledge of SEO tools i.e. semrush, ahrefs, etc.
- Understanding of on-page and off-page optimization
- Understanding of white hat linking strategies
- Strong organization and communication skills
- Ability to handle several sites at a time
- Webflow experience a plus—otherwise must be willing0 to learn
