We are a boutique HR consulting firm based in Australia. We have been on a journey for the past 10 years and we exist to support businesses who operate without in-house Human Resources. We are looking for a suitably qualified HR Practitioner who is able to assist with a number of client projects as we grow our business. We are focussed on providing our clients the very best quality service and turnaround times and delivering global best practice HR support.

About the Role:
You will undertake recruitment, perform day to day HR administration activities, and support the Principal Consultant to promote and maintain the delivery to our clients across a number of different industries. Some of the specific job tasks include:
Review employee handbooks & write policies
Maintain company records
Create forms, letters, workflows and templates
Assist with recruitment and selection activities including conducting reference checks, phone screens, design interview guides, write adverts and assist with induction processes
Assist with the design of training material
Create KPI dashboards & role descriptions
Assist with the design and delivery of Company wide HR Frameworks

About You:
You will be an experienced HR Practitioner that is looking for a role that is both challenging and routine. You will support the initiatives delegated to you by the Principal Consultant and be provided with opportunities, mentorship, career planning that will assist you to further your growth and development.
The ideal candidate will be a warm, energetic, and engaging person who is dependable, trustworthy and who demonstrates a genuine desire to deliver quality outcomes. You will also have 5 years HR experience and a bachelors Upgrade to see actual infosirable skills include:
Knowledge of the recruitment and selection process
Excellent written skills (policy writing, reviewing documents, designing templates)
A flair and interest for designing material (such as slides, templates, handbooks)
Excellent knowledge of word, excel, PowerPoint.
