Content Copy & Marketing Writer

ABOUT US:
We offer website services for real estate investors. We have two parts of our business, one for single family real estate investors (like people who flip houses), and the other is for multifamily investors (apartment buildings). We can share additional training & resources for understanding our clientele better. We offer competitive pay and a flexible work schedule.

OVERVIEW OF ROLE:
We will need 5-15 hours per week of writing. We will start you with a few trial projects and once we find the right fit for this role, we will continue to increase the writing projects.

We need a writer for ad hoc projects which can include the following & more:

Educational blog posts;

Emails including but not limited to sales, newsletter, promo offer, thank you, welcome, order confirmation;
Ads;
Opt-in forms;
Landing pages;
Web pages;
Content for client sites


REQUIRED:
Fluent English - reading, writing, speaking
Ability to write engaging articles that draw in the reader and make them want to keep reading
Ability to write high-converting sales copy
Strong organizational & self-management skills, attention to detail and a standard of excellence in your work.
Research to understand our audience and the topic.
1+ year(s) experience content AND copy writing
