JOB OVERVIEW

Contactless Holdings, Inc. is the leader in rental and sharing with the broadest portfolio in the industry ranging from mobility to recreation. Contactless Holdings is seeking an experienced accounting analyst to support various accounting tasks across four business entities (one parent, 3 subsidiaries). Duties will include management of customer invoicing and related accounts receivable process, monitoring and recording data flow into our general ledger software (Xero), documentation of all accounting tasks, organization, and filing of key accounting documents, analysis of accounting data for accuracy, reconciling various accounting systems, generating operational and financial reports, and completing any other tasks as required.

The ideal candidate is a team player with a proactive customer service mindset; someone who is detail-oriented, but still able to see the ‘big picture’ of what data is communicating to the organization; someone who enjoys learning every day and researching answers to new questions; and finally, someone interested in joining a Company for the long-term to help us meet our ambitious long-term organizational goals.

Necessary Experience Includes:
- Customer Invoicing, A/R, A/P, Inventory, and General Ledger management
- Downloading and coding of bank/credit card feeds to Xero in a consistent and disciplined manner each week
- Full reconciliation of bank and credit card reconciliations at least once per month
- Analysis of inventory consumption each month in order to create the cost of goods sold entries on the profit & loss statement
- Understanding of intercompany transaction flows and how to keep accounts in the balance between companies
- Drafting/updating policies & procedures for Order-to-Cash and Procure-to-Pay processes (inventory included); flow-charting - experience a plus
- Ability to manage regular tasks on a consistent schedule, while also handling non-routine special projects as required
- Ability to effectively work with peers, and executive management, as a trusted and valued business partner.
- Create PowerPoint presentations as required
- Comfortable with both transactional and higher-level work as-required

Skill-set Requirements:
- Bachelor of Science in Accounting or equivalent experience
- Xero, Zoho Inventory, and Stripe experience required
- - Credentials comparable to US CPA license preferred, though not required
- English fluency
- 3-5 years of relevant experience
- Comfort working in a fully remote environment
- Ability to interact with colleagues and outside parties (customers, vendors) in a professional manner
- Understanding of US Federal and State tax concepts and compliance
- Sales tax, payroll tax, income tax
- Comfortable learning new software and systems
- Experienced in creating and streamlining processes and procedures
- Basic writing skills
