We are looking for Customer Support Specialist to work with daily tickets. Currently we are using Zendesk platform.
Daily work:
- replying Open tickets
- suggesting improvements to current Macros and Triggers (so you can speed up with your daily tickets and make your work more efficient ).
- working closely to Support Manager in order to identify new opportunities and notify about bugs/errors.
- user issues testing
- managing live chat
Requirements:
- Zendesk knowledge is a MUST and will be tested during interview.
- Experience in Customer Support
- excellent English language skills
- Spanish language skills is a plus
We are looking for someone who could work independently and shall be able to reach monthly targets and KPIs.
