Group Finance Controller

Duties/Responsibilities:
? Strategic management of the Accounting and Finance of 5 entities (PH and HK)
? Establishing and enforcing proper accounting methods, policies, and principles
? Manage the month-end close process and the preparation of monthly accruals, journal entries, and account reconciliations of various G/L accounts in accordance with GAAP
? Manage the Company's A/P process
? Manage the Company's invoicing, revenue recognition, and AR processes
? Payroll Management
? Ensure monthly consolidation of Financial Statements
? Cash Management
? Ensure all tax-related compliance and issues are resolved
? Compliance with established internal controls
? Collaborate with auditors to ensure successful audit results and compliance
? Identify and manage opportunities for improvement in processes and systems, with a view towards scalable growth to meet anticipated demands


Requirements:
? Bachelor's degree in accounting or equivalent work experience; CPA required,
? Minimum 5-8 years of experience as a Head of Accounting and Finance or rapidly rising Senior-level Accounting and Finance leader ready for the next level
? Strong, working knowledge of GAAP and IRFS
? Working knowledge of Xero is required and other cloud-based software
? Experience in working with external audit firms and managing deadlines
? Proficient with Google Suite tools, especially Google Sheets
? Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication skills
? Flexibility and willingness to pitch in with assorted tasks as they arise
? Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
? Hands-on management approach as necessary, and performing as part of the team
