Mobile Home Park Virtual Assistant

We are looking for our new rock star teaUpgrade to see actual infomber! Preferably someone who is familiar with mobile home investing. Our ultimate goals are to find MOTIVATED SELLERS who want to sell their mobile homes CHEAPLY and the mobile homes need to be aged 1986 or newer in Texas. We also want to find mobile home parks that are for sale.

One way to accomplish these goals are to get to know mobile home park owners. We need you to have great conversation skills, and be able to make phone calls to the United States. I've run across a few VAs who struggle with just being able to call me.

You must be able to work during Central Standard Time hours of 12 pm to 5 pm.

Oh yeah, we're going to start with 5 hours of work each week at $25/week. I expect this assignment to last two weeks. Then if I like how well you did during that two week period then I might give you more tasks to do.

Please tell me how and if you can help us with the following:

1. Suggest a cold calling system (can be Mojo or one you choose, but you have to explain to me how it works). If you think you can make these calls without a cold calling system, that will make me happy.

2. Suggest a CRM where you can enter your notes, share progress, keep me updated on your progress.

3. Call all the 345 MHPs Park Owners and follow the directions (script) I will provide you. You can change your verbiage a little to make it flow more naturally.

4. Spanish speaking skills are welcome.
