JOB OVERVIEW

About the position:
We are a single-family fix and flip company based in the United States. We buy 30+ houses per year with an excellent track record in keeping customers and contractors happy.
We are looking for someone to check multiple websites for houses that are listed off-market. Then to organize the information into an excel spreadsheet. There is massive room to grow inside of our company as you learn and grow with us.

This is a full-time (40hr/week) remote position, 9am EST – 5pm EST. Strong, stable internet connection and laptop required to apply.

Job Requirements:

2 + years of experience working as a Virtual Assistant or relevant experience
A current computer/laptop and home access to reliable, high speed internet
Excellent English skills- verbally and in written form.

Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g. Google Calendar)
Excellent Word, Excel skills or equivalent skills using Google Docs, Sheets and Slides, navigating Craigslist, Facebook Groups, Google Drive and Dropbox.
We will provide detailed training to make sure we are both successful!
