QA / QC , Automation engineer - full time

We are looking to expand our existing QA team with a dedicated QA Engineer based in the Philippines. You will be working closely with a senior QA member who oversees the QA and QC of numerous projects. Your responsibilities will include:

- Understanding and documenting systems
- Conducting visual QA using tools like BrowserStack against various devices
- Performing functional QA to verify system and performance characteristics for mobile and web apps/sites
- QA testing of developer tickets and content
- Completing various content tasks in different systems that require a high degree of precision
- Possessing a basic knowledge of programming, particularly in Java, Python, and Selenium (experience with Robot Framework is a plus)
- Demonstrating working knowledge of QA tools, methods, and concepts
- Designing and developing test automation scripts (experience with Robot Framework is a plus)
- Utilizing testing tools like Selenium and Postman
- Conducting API testing and cross-browser testing
- Writing test plans, test cases, and executing tests, as well as generating test reports
- Writing and improving JIRA tickets

To excel in this role, you must have strong written and verbal communication skills. We primarily work on Slack and hold regular ZooUpgrade to see actual infoetings with teaUpgrade to see actual infombers and clients.
