Extenteam is currently looking for an Admin Assistant to undertake the following tasks:
-Work with banks to open new bank accounts
-Requires communicating needs and helping track down the necessary paperwork to get accounts opened
-Ordering check scanners
-Opening accounts for current properties
-Work with onboarding team to make sure those are ready to go when they go live Manage our internal bank platforms and help with admin services
-Setting up new users
-Resetting passwords
-Raising wire limits Monitor the banking
-Help close out old accounts Monitor fraud risk
-Help with automatic payable implementation.
-Authorizing bank pulls and removing any holds
-Help order and monitor corporate debit/credit cards
QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS:
Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
Organized Effective communicator
Good attitude
Attention to detail
Must be able to prioritize work
Ability to build trust
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:
30MBPS or higher internet speed
i5 or higher processor
Minimum of 8 GB RAM
Private and quiet dedicated home office area (no roosters, dogs, children noises in the background)
Back-ups in case of power or Telco interruptions
Good headset and webcam (Preferably noise-canceling headset)
