Extenteam is currently looking for a Bookkeeping Support Specialist - Onboarding to undertake the following tasks:

-Entry-level accounting role Bank reconciliations
-Journal payments
-Auditing bank statements
-Report creation
-Entering payments and transactions


QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS:

Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
Organized Effective communicator
Good attitude
Attention to detail
Must be able to prioritize work
Ability to build trust
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities


TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:

30MBPS or higher internet speed
i5 or higher processor
Minimum of 8 GB RAM
Private and quiet dedicated home office area (no roosters, dogs, children noises in the background)
Back-ups in case of power or Telco interruptions
Good headset and webcam (Preferably noise-canceling headset)
