Customer Support Agent - Booking Dispatcher

We are an American-based company providing labor referral service in the United States. We are looking for a fast learner who can communicate fluidly and easily with American clients. The booking dispatcher receives inbound calls from American clients looking to book our services. The booking dispatcher helps the client determine their labor needs over the phone, schedules their laborers and takes the clients payment information over the phone. Job duties also include putting client bookings on a calendar, and communicating with other company members regarding time changes and updates to jobs.

The base pay is $30 per day paid on a weekly basis. Our current booking agents make up to $70 in bonuses daily on top of their regularly salary in performance bonuses. Bonuses are determined by the number of clients you book. If you are not good enough to regularly earn your bonuses you will be let go.

You will need a computer with at least 8GB of RAM and sufficient backup power to be able to work your entire shift during a power outage.
The pay is good and promotions are fast for those who possess a good work ethic and a strong will to succeed.
The starting daily rate is $30 and the minimum shift is 8.5 Upgrade to see actual infondidates should be flexible and able to work the night and graveyard shifts.
Need to have an excellent communication skills and a good work ethic.

BPO Voice Account work experience for 5 years and above is required.
